How long will my bar last?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a measure of time on how long our bars will last. It will depend on how you use your bar and how often you use it. Our bars perform great as both hand and body soaps and you will get the best and longest results if you allow them to dry between uses. We recommend using a draining soap dish to allow the residual water on the bar to evaporate or drip away.

Will my soap look exactly like the photo?

The short answer is ‘no’. We do our best to accurately represent our soaps, along with their colours and design in our photographs. However, each product is handmade in small working batches, so every bar ends up being unique. Expect slight variations as part of our one of a kind Bar of Soap experience.

How fragrant are your soaps?

Our soaps are made with high quality fragrance oils and/or essential oils. Though fragrance and scent is important, we formulate our soaps to focus on the job of being a great soap first. After all, clean is a result, not a scent.

How do your soaps smell?

We try our best to describe our soaps scents, but as a picture replaces a thousand words, sometimes there just isn’t enough words to describe a scent. We stand behind our soaps 100% and we know you will love both how they smell and feel.

Are your soaps all natural?

Almost all of our ingredients are natural and naturally occurring and we make huge efforts to keep as many of our ingredients as pure as possible. However, soap does not ‘naturally’ occur in the wild. Soap is the result of a chemical reaction that requires sodium hydroxide to make any hard soap and potassium hydroxide for liquid soap. These are commonly referred to as lye. So if it is soap, one of those two chemicals were used to make it. We make no efforts to hide this from you and therefore will not claim to be 100% natural. Though these chemicals can be found in nature, we rely on a pure (lab created) lye, in order to create a repeatable reaction. Our plant based oils need to react with lye to produce our signature bars and liquid soaps. We will always be upfront with the contents of our soaps and will publish them with our products for you to see prior to purchase.

When will my order ship?

We try to ship our orders as quickly as possible. Sometimes that is as quick as the same day, but most of the time, we try to ship within 48 hours from when you place your order. (Note: shower steamers are often made to order for maximum potency, please allow extra time for them)

What shipping carriers do you use?

All of our shipments are delivered using Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or Purolator.

Payment types we except?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to your provided email address once your item has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to North American mailing addresses. We are sorry to our international fans and we are working on expanding our service area.

How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately so we can modify your order. We will always do our best to make sure you get what you want.
